1984

First barge jumboised (increasing size of vessel) in Goa from 500 DWT to 750 DWT for M/s. Tolani Shipping Ltd., Mumbai and thereafter jumboised a total of 14 barges.

1987

The company constructed its own dry-dock and ship repairs facility at Chicalim, Goa.

1989

Major refit of a Harbour Tug for Karwar Port.

1990

Purchased barge M.V. jay Vinita from M/s Dempo & Co.

1998

Successfully constructed and delivered a coastal vessel of 2100 DWT.

1999

Successfully constructed and delivered a pilot cum mooring vessel for operations at port Dahej, Gujarat.

2001

Ventured into shipping by constructing and subsequently giving on charter India's first Class VII Passenger vessel "Caravela" Having a total passenger capacity of 300 persons.

2002

Major refit and modification of Bunker vessel for M/s Raj Shipping Ltd.

2003

Major refit and modifications of barge for M/s United Shippers Ltd., Mumbai.

Purchased cargo vessel M.V. Chaitra

2004

Successfully constructed and delivered in March a 2080 DWT Barge.
Successfully constructed and delivered a 2080 DWT Barge in May.
Constructed a slipway for building vessels upto 2500 DWT
Purchased cargo vessel M.V. Anuja.
Purchased a General Cargo Ship "Maanav Star" from Danish Owners.

2005

Successfully constructed and delivered a total of 5 Nos. 2000 DWT barges
Operated on regular liner service the Maanav Star on the India - Persian Gulf – Red Sea Sector.
Sold the vessel Maanav Star to Indian Owners.
Entered into Period Time Charter for the vessels owned by the Company with M/s. United Shippers Ltd., Mumbai.

2006

Successfully constructed and delivered a total of 5 Nos. 2000 DWT barges
Successfully constructed and delivered 338 Nos. Rafts for Kirloskar Brothers Ltd, India destined for Dakar, Senegal, under a World Bank sponsored irrigation project at Africa.

2007

Commenced construction of Coastal Passenger ship for 600 Passengers.
Successfully constructed and delivered a total of 3 Nos. 2000 DWT barges. 

2008

Successfully constructed and delivered passenger ship for 888 Passengers.
Successfully constructed and delivered 3 nos 2000 DWT barges.
Acquired land at Hungarcutta, Balekudru village, Udipi district, Karnataka State, India for setting up the new shipyard.

2009

Successfully constructed and delivered 3 nos 2250 DWT barges.
Commenced development of Udipi shipyard Commenced construction of vessels at Udipi Shipyard.

1987 - 2009

Dry-docked over 450 marine vessels.
